Special thanks to Elden for designing our house! Everything was worked within our budget and quality was true to its value. We had a tight and despite some delays on our endtimeline Elden managed extremely well to get our house done within our expection. He came down regularly to ensure works was done well and when thing are not to standard he will surely be the first to point out and make sure its reworked till perfection. Types of work: Carpentry, Tiling, Electrical Works & Plumbing Joshua is always responsive in answering our queries and doubts. He is very very patient with us and very transparent. He understood exactly what I wanted, honored our decision and was able to design the space according to my request and needs. He advised us of what can be done or not, prompt in rectifying any issues when we highlighted to him. Most works were done and completed within a given time frame. The pricing structure is very transparent. Most importantly, no hard selling! We have moved in to our new 3 room BTO since May 2023 and we are happy with the results. Josh even texted me (after 3 months we have moved in) to check on the works. We informed him that some areas need to touch up the silicone and the dish racks cabinet hydraulic spring has lost its force. Within few days, a contractor came and fixed everything! We have a very tight timeline to complete the renovation, I’m surprised on how efficient Dave can be while he still need to liaise with many external parties at the same time. We had engaged Dave to design and oversee the whole renovation process for our resale flat. He listened to our needs and give us his opinion whether it can be done or not. What he promised will be delivered. We had trouble choosing the colours on the wall, cabinet, door, vinyl and he gives suggestion to us which turned out so well! The whole renovation process was totally stressed-free and we received our Dream House exactly as what was shown in the 3D design!
