Thank you MSR ID for realising our preferred style and design for our humble abode. MSR welcome us professionally with good customer service. Our Pre-renovation period of materials selection was a good one. It gives us ideas and expectation throughout the process of home improvement. The renovation took 8 weeks from the hacking day, and we were given regular updates on the work progress. We understand that renovation journey has many moving parts and variables that are beyond our control however our Project Manager Muhammad Sharyzan managed to lessen the impact of any issues that was bound to happen during the ongoing works. We appreciate his prompt execution in rectifying issues and his responsibilities in handling the project till the end. Our aesthetic arch feature wall is the most eye catching that visually enhance our small living/dining area. The idea to have a curvy movable kitchen island also deserved a compliment. Our tiny kitchen had turn into a dream space!! We truly satisfied! Thank you to MSR and team, from the day you guys responding to us until it successfully ends. May MSR grow with more success and prosperity. Keep creating ideas to reality with more successful projects to come!!

MSR Design was the first ID company that my husband and I engaged and we totally did not regret it! So grateful that we met Mr Haziq, he cater to our needs, budget and also keep us updated on how is the progress or what he will be doing next as we are not around most of the time when the renovation is on, i believe having a trust worthy and reliable ID is important too ?? Even minor defects that he spots he will inform us immediately! + points for that!!! ?? Would like to thank Mr Haziq for helping us out, even with those late night enquires and helping us to piece our cosy home together! May the business grow in the years to come! ✨

Our house renovation time was quite a challenge as we wished for it to be completed in around a month's time, whilst we away in egypt. And Yes!!! MSR Team has done astonishingly well and enable us to achieve our objectives successfully. Very professional and responsive team from the beginning to the end of the project. Lead by My Syahiran together with Mr Shabirin n Mr Hafiz, we’re grateful for all their advice, ideas and most importantly their profuse patience with us when it came to ordering the materials and designing the house. Their professionalism and strive for excellence that has been rendered, has given me confidence and peace of mind while we were in Egypt during the renovation period. We love the design and the aesthetics especially the moroccon light. In addition, we appreciate the attentive consultation, competent work and responsible handling of the project. Our reno was done in 6 weeks and we were given frequent updates on the progress of our house. My husband and I are very thankful for the smooth renovation journey?. Our extensive search for an ID, leading to a shortlist of NOT LESS THAN 25 IDs. We had listed our “demands” and the budget; merely few could meet these. Either we had to compromise on the designs or blow the budget tremendously. In the filtering process our quest for an ID was inclined towards MSR Interior Design who are HDB licences, accredited with case trust, SMCCI Member. MSR team with accumulated experience over the years, MSR’s portfolio and their showroom/office was impressive adding to these; CEO of MSR Mr. Muhammad Syahiran Rohajat’s impeccable positive cheerful personality and professionalism was the bonus. Quote which was competitive yet compelling in comparison with others. With minimal compromise and still within the budget. No hard selling. Mr. Syahiran, who envisions our verbal ideas translates to the MSR designer/drafter Mr. Hassan Ulubateh who than carefully crafted our ideas with his master skills bringing it to a higher level. Giving digital life to our theme. Our Variable Order was met with minimum damage on our set budget for the Reno. It had came to a point Mr. Syahiran had to intervene and remind us on not blowing the budget. The torments of material selections was sleekly handled. With their patience and their outmost willingness in sharing our vision, taking the responsibility to fulfill it. Visually presented our ideas in astounding imagery and visuals of virtual tour. Effective timeline and corresponding followups. Every progress constantly updated to us, inconveniences were ironed out smoothly. Solutions found without evident compromise to the core idea and plan, rather this became an enhancement on it own rights. Workmanship be it tiler, carpentry, electrical, plumbing were excellent. Zero compromise on quality as Mr. Syahiran’s eye for quality control and determination to officially handover only upon our satisfaction. Every aspect of the renovation went according to clock work with minimal distributions as long as they were within MSR’s means. We feel blessed to have committed our home not to just an ID but to a person who synced with our ideas, understands our limitations, find solutions and resolves eminent issues; takes full ownership. A responsible, truthful, trustworthy, patient, humble gentleman who goes the extra mile in this journey to renovate our home. Most importantly honourable with his words,. Probably as one scrolls down the reviews page you would have noticed, nothing short of 5 out of 5. No contest, MSR truly deserves all FIVE STARS from our personal experience with them as well. Our quest in finding an ID ended successfully with a beautifully done home and a great friend in Syahiran and Hassan. Heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to them and MSR Interior Design for delivering the place we now proudly call Our Home. Alhamdullilah, Indeed they CREATE IDEAS TO REALITY.
