We met with a number of interior designers before coming across Ofthebox and we were impressed by their portfolio. It was almost immediately after our first meeting with Jay that we decided to go with him. What we really appreciated was that Jay would have his opinion to things rather than just going with everything we suggested or saying that it is all our choice and preference. He was also very responsive throughout the whole renovation and always helped us to push the schedule as much as possible as we we under a tight timeline. We would definitely expect some hiccups during the renovation process but he was very accommodating and did his best to smooth things out for us. We are very happy with the final outcome and what we can finally call home so would highly recommend Ofthebox from a first time home owner that has went through the process with Jay.

We were comfortable with Charmian and Haylee right from the start. They were clear about the reno process and transparent with the rough costing which helped in our budgeting. They were patient with us throughout the entire process and what we appreciated most was them listening to our needs every step of the way. Coupled with their experience, they were able to provide advice that were practical but still taking our needs into consideration. As homeowners, we were often anxious but they would very patiently help allay any concerns we have. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our home reno and thankful to Ofthebox!

And we had the privilege of working with Jordan as our interior designer, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. One of the standout qualities that we truly appreciated was Jordan's promptness in responding to our queries. He was always just a message away, ready to address our questions and concerns, which made the entire reno process incredibly smooth and stress-free (which is really important to us). Jordan also proactively kept us updated throughout the project, ensuring we were always in the loop. What also impressed us was Jordan's ability to work within our budget. He delivered a design that exceeded our expectations while staying cost-effective. In sum, choosing ofthebox was a great decision and working with Jordan was a fantastic experience. We wholeheartedly recommend him as an interior designer if you're looking for someone responsive, budget-conscious, and easy to work with. We're thrilled with our new space, thanks to Jordan's expertise and dedication.

We’ve been to Interior designer fairs and met multiple interior designers before we came across Of the box on TikTok. We were impressed by their work and decided to proceed with them. With every project, It is impossible to expect zero ups and downs throughout. I’ve heard so many home renovation horror stories from people around me. Likewise for us, we met many hiccups along the way. However, both Jay & Charmian were reliable and very responsive to all our request. Our concerns were addressed and issues were rectified timely. Both their patience, unwavering assistance, and design ideas will be unforgettable to our home renovation process. Overall, we had a pleasant experience working with both Jay and Charmian! So thankful to have Jay and Charmian as our interior designers! They were super responsive even late at night and were super patient to help us think through all the random ideas we had! Although they are young, they have solid experience and can really advise well plus give creative input that most other IDs just don't bother with. Absolutely recommend to engage them (if you can, cause they are getting more and more popular!!)
