Very conducive showroom and met up with Simon who is very professional and personal towards client. Provided us a good detailed proposal for our upcoming renovations. Although I did not engage Ovon in final selection, Will definitely recommend him to interested friends looking for good ID service

After meeting up with a lot of ID firms, my wife and I decided to engage OVON for our renovation as Annie was super earnest and sincere. She did not push into choosing things that we did not like and was very patient with us every step of the way. During the renovation process, she really helmed the entire project professionally and was extremely hardworking, even going down on site on weekends and sometimes late at night on the weekdays to accommodate us. Because of Annie, my wife and I did not have to worry about anything during the day and can work peacefully as we had complete trust in Annie. We are extremely pleased with the renovation and would highly recommend Annie if you would like to have a worry free and smooth renovation process. Renovation can be very taxing, with so many things to plan and consider. From the start, we’ve spent hours sourcing multiple IDs. If you are deciding which ID to look for, Ovon is definitely the right choice. Although we had many demands from start to finish, Leon and Hui Wen took care of our needs all the way. They really put themselves our shoes and ensure all our concerns are attended to. They are also experienced and will give good advice, very useful for first time home owners. Even after moving in, their after sales service are top notch, always maintaining constant communication with us and ensuring any touch ups are done promptly. Highly recommended! ?

Glad that I engaged Ovon for my house renovation. KS is my ID, he is very sincere and helpful, I can feel that he is genuinely wants to help me to create my desire home. He will tell me the pros and cons for some designs and fittings so that it’s also more practical other than just beautiful design, make sure everything done perfectly as what I wish. It’s definitely a hassle-free experience working with KS, will for sure recommend him to my other friends who wants to renovate their house.
