Although they did finally finished the project but their carpenters' worksmanship is not good. Their communication with the carpenters always mis-comms what the owner wants. Thus, everytime need to do re-work, not only once but a few times and within a year, my customised sliding door wardrobe's Alu- tracks got dented with too much sliding, possible due to the weight of added small portions of glass to the door. I wonder why and then when i go and buy the spare Alu tracks from Kranji, i knew what had happened, the grade of the Alu-tracks they used is more inferior.Pavillion are not going to do rework for the Alu-tracks as same as all the contractors out there. Moreover, they have collected 100% of my renovation already. Why would they? One more complaint is my kid's wardrobe alu-track also got issue, they have installed it in the opposite direction! Making the door wheels slide onto the formica instead of the tracks! What a disaster! All i can say that their works is not very good. Caveat applies.
