I’ve used Jiasheng for my 5-room HDB amounting to 85k(during covid). Despite his usual busy schedule and a bit of lateness because of resourcing problems due to the pandemic, he has tried his best to reply or resolve any problems required of him. He doesn’t have a particular style to boast of, but he is competent at space planning and what he’s really patient with is my constantly changing mind. He is professional and he has kept me grounded and well advised ahead of time when it comes to cost. Payment structure will paid and it was honoured. Usual slight delays on timeline, but he will kee me updated if any milestone isn’t met and he would patiently explained the situation. Renovation was completed 1 week after schedule but it was fine considering that he has encountered a lot of resourcing and backlogged projects from the pandemic. It’s been 2 years since he completed renovation. I have had issues with water seepeages from the outside which isn’t his problem to solve. The wall paint was peeling. He has continued to offer me service and support(not free of course) with very reasonable pricing. In the 2 years, I have requested many services from him like adding power points, changing of carpentry to further suit my needs and he have been available on demand. This is the kind of ID firm to use and home owners should not just make their decision based on portfolio shown. Jiasheng is a man of a few words but he certainly knows how to be responsible for things he has promised.
