Approached Renozone/Colin again because I have engaged their services before and too many CASE complaints on ID companies make me go to one that I can trust. The entire ID process to do up a new 5 rm BTO can be very stressful, costly and time consuming post covid but working with Colin and Alex from the beginning till hand over really exceeded my expectations, I was expecting to have some arguments and complaints along the way since anything can go wrong. But I was glad that the regular watsapp updates and work in progress videos and pre-alignment and communication and making sure that the sequence of work is executed timely cuts down on my frequency to visit the site personally. Great partnership in the ID journey for me and I am glad to recommend them to anyone.

We engaged Renozone Design to design and construct our new corporate office in an empty rented space, and they proved to be a dependable contractor who genuinely cared about the final result. While there were a few hiccups during the construction phase, any issues we raised were promptly addressed and rectified. We should also be grateful of their responsiveness when we had sudden change requests. Additionally, they assisted us in handling various applications with government agencies and a building management company, making the process hassle-free. Most importantly, the finished office closely matched my initial vision. My only critique is that I would have appreciated a broader selection of furniture, lighting fixtures, carpeting, and other furnishings. Nevertheless, we are greatly appreciative that we were able to create a satisfactory office space that largely within our budget. The choice of a primary contractor is crucial, as some may offer lower prices but compromise on the quality of their finished work, thinking that their clients will not notice the differences. Renozone Design, and particularly their Project Manager, Ms. Jillien, was the polar opposite of this. She efficiently and responsibly managed and supervised each subcontractor, ensuring we met our deadlines with the good results despite a tight schedule. I would highly recommend Renozone Design to anyone contemplating outsourcing their office fit-out project in Singapore.

My family have just moved in to our second home .. and I would like to thank Colin and Alex for creating our dream home yet again. We have engaged Reno Zone for the 1st home in 2015 and had no doubts in engaging their service again in another 8 years. The whole process took about 11 mths due to delays and waiting time. Colin and Alex were very patient waiting for us to build our nest and once we get started, it has never stopped. Keeping us updated of on-going works, being at site to supervise progress etc. Both were accommodating and there is always room for further discussion and suggestions whenever we had doubts, queries and requests.
