We engaged Space Factor back in 2016 when we had our first home. We are very glad to have engaged them again and was assigned Jessie to be our ID for our second home. It has been a pleasant and stress-free experience as Jessie and her team are very professional and gave us valuable suggestions while listening to what we want. The team was also very open to all our requests, and rectifications were done timely. Jessie made sure that issues were solved even if it means making major rectifications to carpentry that has been installed. Not only that, she is very prompt in her reply and act on her own initiative to rectify some of the issues. We have stayed in the house for about 1 month and loved every bit of it. The quality of the carpentry and tiling was good. Although the project took longer than expected, Jessie was able to accelerate the work at the end to meet the extended deadline without compromising on the quality.

We engaged Space Factor last year for the renovation of our apartment. We met with Dolly with ideas in mind and were impressed by her proposal which has taken into account our practical preferences and priorities, but at the same time brings out more interesting ideas in terms of design. While the quote was not the cheapest, it was very comprehensive and we were free to do away with things that we decided not to have as the pricing was transparent. Subsequently, we also worked with Kelvin who took care of the nitty gritty of the works and is very meticulous, efficient and responsive while doing that. Towards the end, we kinda needed the work to be rushed a little bit and the team was doing their best. Overall we were really satisfied with their professional services and would highly recommend everyone to consider them!

Having met up with different IDs from different companies, I knew that Space Factor was the one after my first meeting with Jessie. She was the only one who listened attentively and conscientiously took down notes as we spoke. Every subsequent meeting with her felt productive, reassuring and she would always try her best to cater to my requests. If my request was not feasible, she would patiently explain why it wouldn’t work and counter-propose creative solutions that turned out better than what I had initially wanted/envisioned. During the reno process, she made it a point to be on site regularly to oversee the progress and would drop me photo and video updates over text. She was also meticulous and took the initiative to highlight any potential hiccups and resolve them before they escalated. After handing over, Jessie continued to proactively arrange for touch up sessions to ensure all are well after I’ve moved in. Despite the space constraints of my 36sqm 2-room BTO unit, I’m really happy that I didn’t have to compromise or give up aesthetics for functionality and flow to be met. Thank you Jessie and SF for helping me materialise this beautiful and cosy home office.

Highly recommend engaging Ya Ting from Space Factor for your home renovation. From the first few meetings before confirming on engaging her, Ya Ting was able to conduct very fruitful and efficient discussions on what we wanted for our design and provided really good suggestions to our existing ideas. We liked that the discussion sessions were kept short but yet very detailed. She even provided a sketch of the design along with the proposed floor plan before we even confirmed. The renovation process was also very smooth and she managed to deliver our project with a very tight schedule. Ya ting was also very responsive throughout the entire process to give us updates and assurance on the progress. Space factor also has a pool of in house builders that are very diligent and professional.

Space Factor was our choice amongst the few Interior Design firms that we had went to for our house renovation. Jess was assigned to be our ID and help us with our house reno journey. Jess is a cheerful person and will always give a smile when me and my wife came to meet her. She was responsive to our text whenever we need her opinions or suggestions on the designs and colors for our reno. She was accommodating and also quite patient with our changing of colors and designs even during the reno started. She is also quite hands on with the reno as I saw her help to install the lights for our bedroom arch design and will be at the unit when any works is done. She went the extra mile to help us fix a complicated lighting for our kitchen. Space Factor do provide a wide range materials to choose from for their vinyl flooring design, carpentry laminates and paint colors. We had an issue choosing the perfect color for our flooring but Jess manage to get the color and design that we want. Not all reno will be perfect. We do encounter a few minor defects which they can improve such as the wainscoting was not properly patch and some areas was not painted properly but Jess manage to rectify the defects as soon as possible. The renovation took about 6 weeks to complete. Jess manages the time and the reno works quite orderly to meet our dateline. We manage to move in just in time for Hari Raya. The cost of the reno was quite affordable and within our budget. We would like to say thanks to Space Factor and Jess for their wonderful job making our house a wonderful place to live in.
