I was recommended Vivi of Spacious Planners by my friend. I decided on Vivi after comparing with several other ID firms and found that she was most responsive and had good ideas. Her aesthetics were very good and her design was innovative but also took into account my practical needs and use of the space. Most importantly, she was very efficient and completed on time as timing was crucial in my case. Very well done. I would certainly recommend her.

We engaged Janice from Spacious Planners to do renovation for our landed home in 2022. She gave us a really good price and advised us on options for our limited budget. More importantly she’s the best project manager we know of, always on site sorting out the details and checking on the workers herself. For us the design wasn’t the most important, but it’s the execution, management and on time delivery that mattered most to us. Janice gave us absolute peace of mind because of her project management capabilities and experience. Thank you very much!

Partnering Vivi on our home renovation journey was a very positive experience. Vivi is professional, responsive, and was on time! She impresses with her tight project management and on ground oversight. She takes personal responsibility over her projects. Having heard other renovation horror stories, Vivi was an excellent find. Her experience and knowledge shows. She listened when we brought up issues and tried her best to help. She maintained an upbeat attitude throughout. She was aided by Princee who helped us with design choices. Her sub-contractors were reliable and professional too. I contacted Spacious via online and their service was impeccable. They were upfront, interested (yet not overly pushy), committed and fairly priced. We eventually went with them (after going through 8-quotations) and i am glad we did. To date, we have some minor issues with the alignment of our fluted door, and unfortunately the flooring does not match because of uneven ground (not Spacious’ fault) and they have been generous with their after completion service. Ours was an office renovation.
