Recently I've heard a few 'horror' stories about house renovation and I can't help thinking how lucky we were to choose Mei as our ID. So I decided to take some time to write a review here one year after moving in. This is our first house together and we wanted everything to be perfect. Mei and her team would listen carefully to our needs and incorporate them into their design. If it's not workable, they would also patiently explain to us the reason and offer something practical. We really appreciate their professional advice. Their responses to our questions or enquires was also very prompt. We were so excited to eventually got our house as expected within the projected timeline. I think here are a few important things you look for when you engage an ID: customization, communication, quality, and good time management. Mei and the team really hit all the notes and I would highly recommend them to my friends!
