We met Bryan through Qanvast. Although he was not the first ID we have met, his professionalism and down to earth personality left a huge impression on us. Bryan has a large portfolio to show and is very flexible to cater to what you want. In addition, he regularly throws in ideas as well as advise on how to bring out the best of your ideas. Making the home design uniquely yours. Price wise, we compared many IDs and while it’s not the lowest price, we still found it very competitive and good value for the price he offers. No price shocks or major VO once project has kicked off as he tries to cover as many angles as he can during the initial discussion. Always very responsive to questions and he tries his best to reply no matter what time of the day it is. Overall, very happy that we had Bryan work on our house.

Pleasant renovation journey with an experienced and responsible ID. Queries and correspondences were addressed in both timely and and thorough manner, ensuring a peace of mind which was deeply appreciated by first-time owners 1. Pleasant interactions with Addison (ID) - Addison took both time and effort to understand our tastes and preferences. He's also very hands-on and frequently dropped by our house to check on the renovation progress and would proactively inform us if he sees any poor workmanship (thankfully, there are all minor ones). - He even took notes and shared several online gems which he found. Several of his finds were subsequently incorporated into our final designs. - As first time owners, we had several queries and concern; all were dutifully addressed. - When it came to any unexpected delays, of which there were minimal, he immediately floated these matters across to our attention. Furthermore, he would then propose solutions to allay any concerns or hiccups which might come up later during the renovation. 2. Quality of Workmanship - Workmanship is excellent and there is a keen eye to detail; any flaws or imperfections were promptly rectified - A special point to note is there is no sacrifice of form over function. Many of the designed elements are functional and practical. Choices of finishing, colors, and the heights of counter-tops and shelves were also made to suit our needs. - Glad that Addison is so detailed in his design and execution and even suggested the color palette for us. 3. Continuing Professionalism during Post-Renovation Journey - Addison would actively follow up after the majority of our renovation was done, checking in when paint touch-ups could be done and etc. - He and his team are very swift to fix any issues which might surface. For instance, we had a wonky fan and he sent his team over the day after we raised the topic.

We have known Macauly via Qanvast. Upon meeting and discussing with him, we find that he is very passionate about his work and is able to provide suggestions to improve on what we convey to him. The way Mac prepared our quotation is something we liked, being able to explain his quotes clearly eg a higher price quoted for the tiles so that we could have a larger variety to select without having to top up. We are happy that his company and him have managed to keep the cost within our budget. His gift and sensitivity to color tones have helped us vastly in our journey of material and color selection. No renovation is completed without any issues and this is also the case for us. However, Mac being very responsive, things such as miscommunication are resolved very rapidly. Although some of the things in discussion did not materialize due to technical and regulatory issues, Mac have provided us with other alternatives. He is also very forthcoming, letting us know the potential issues during renovation and seek our confirmation if we decide to proceed such as joint line on Gypsum board, wall resulting in unequal glass door etc. We find that the carpentry workmanship can still be improved further, and we are also very appreciative of the prompt rectifications he and his team have made as well as the many hours Mr Carpenter and him have spent to discuss on how to better utilize the space for the cabinets. Overall, it is a great learning opportunity working with Mac. If you are finding someone who is honest, passionate, honor his words and do not make you top up unnecessarily, please find Macauly! Overall very glad that we decided to go with Brian after being referred by a friend. He understands what we need and prioritized based on our requests and kept close to our budget while delivering a good result. The workmanship of some cabinets could be improved, overall good experience.

We came to know Ethan through Qanvast's recommendation, and we are genuinely grateful for the speedy and professional ID service he rendered to us. Ethan oversaw our house renovation from start to finish, which we particularly appreciated as this meant he knew our plans and concerns first-hand and communicated these thoroughly to the contractors, thus keeping to our plans as closely as possible. Thanks to his years of experience, Ethan was able to give us realistic and value-for-money suggestions for our initial renovation ideas. This helped us keep within budget while also achieving a clean and cozy feel to our first home. Ethan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the reno process. He even speedily replied on weekend evenings, which was the only time we had to shop for appliances (and had questions about dimensions and such). It was easy and fuss-free to coordinate the deliveries of any built-in items (e.g., sink, kitchen appliances, toilet items) with him. During the actual renovation period, Ethan was there to personally oversee the renovation works, which brought us a lot of peace of mind as we were also working during this period. He sent us regular updates and progress photos via Whatsapp. Even when there were inevitable complications that arose in the middle of the reno period, Ethan was quick to suggest workable solutions for us to consider as we moved forward. Overall, we are very pleased with the service rendered to us. We've heard our fair share of reno horror stories from well-meaning friends and family, and rest-assured we encountered none of that with Ethan and Stylemyspace.
