We went to Tradehub 21 as there were a few IDs at a stretch to our convenience. After obtaining a few quotations, the most reasonable pricing and coverage of what we were looking out for was prepared by our ID, Kenn Goh. We came prepared with our own ideas and photos, and we have in mind to engage an ID with CaseTrust. Kenn has the years of experience and connections to the best tilers and carpenters in the field. These are the two most important factors for us. We aimed to complete in 3 months, but the slight delay was inevitable. We set ourselves some buffer to manage our expectations due to delay in materials and lack of manpower at certain periods during the renovation. However towards the end, a house is now a home and Kenn delivered as promised. The photos evidently reflects a job magnificently done, and we are truly grateful.

Decided to engage Dennis from Tab Gallery. He provided a fair market rate for our resale flat renovation. His experience and valuable suggestions made the process smooth. He also managed the project well, hence meeting all deadlines. We're grateful to have moved into our cozy place. Highly recommended!

Tommy was introduced to Jasper by his very close friend. Tommy is flexible in arrangement & and an easygoing contractor. As our whole family stayed in for the duration of the whole renovation. Numerous works needed to be arranged in such a way that is convenient for us. High praises & great attitude on the Tilers' & Painters skills & workmanship. Understood from media NEWs that many considered New contactors went missing after collection of payment! However throughout, Tommy is contactable & stay relevant with us. He answered to our questions/texts even after he had completed my work and handed over to me. Excellent work done by Tommy & his correlated workers. We are delighted ??

After reading abt nightmare IDs, we decided to only engage a well established company for our next reno journey. However, getting a good ID is by luck. We are quite busy so we needed someone who can help oversee our renovation and give us sound ideas. We have budget constraint and do not have time on our side. As we needed to move by a certain date. Not only that, we dont really know the design we have in our head will be sustainable long term. We walked into Tab Gallery thinking that its just gonna be one of the random ID companies we talked to. But ended up engaging them. From the start, Zihao was aware of our budget constraints. Despite that, he still talked to us. After much deliberation, we decided to engage him because - Very Responsive : He’s available all the time - Detailed : of course during our first meet up, we have some missing things. But he filled them up so we know that the quotation he gave us is almost there - on time : he got back to us swiftly with the quotations. Even when we made changes - value for money : we got our vulcan as our tabletop and backsplash. My husband only wanted vulcan for his tabletop and Zihao was able to give us a good price per sq foot run During the course of the reno, instead of us chasing our ID, it was the other way round. He seemed more excited about our project than us. He gave us prompt updates. There were hiccups here and there and he was quick to rectify them. He liaised with our vendors, so that they wont foil our house design, even if its external (not engaged through him). The vendors engaged through him were all kind, polite and nice. We could go to our house and talk to them. They also took great pride in their work. There was a bit of a delay because the carpenter was very meticulous when doing up our fluted wall from scratch. We were very grateful for his time and advices. Thank god we didnt proceed with the design we have in mind as the ideas given by him were more sustainable long run. Thank you Zihao for a pleasant and uneventful reno journey.

We engaged Tab Gallery for our new house renovation in 2023. This is the 2nd time we work with Tab Gallery, first time was back in year 2016 and i can say in both experience they have exceeded my expectations. They shown remarkable attention to detail throughout the entire renovation, from first consultation to final delivery. During our discussion, they listened and responded to our requests and ideas with useful advices, making sure that the outcome will be both good looking but also functional and pratical. They have wide selection of material such as carpentry laminate, quartz top and tiles. During the selection, they run through the pros and cons of what material to select which is really helpful to us. Throughout the project, their team was very responsive and communication was efficent. They kept us well-informed about the status, providing regular updates and promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. As this renovation is a complete overhaul, we were really pleased that the project was completed on time. Their commitment to quality is also impressive, their team QC checked on small details such as painting, wall alignment, the laminate on carpentry, tiling and took action before I even notice the issues during renovation. Big thank you to Tab Gallery's team and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to renovate their home.
