This is 2nd time I have engaged Thriza to design and do up my house. My first condo was done by her nearly 20 years ago. We were happy with her ideas, workmanship and dedication to the job. That's why this time I contacted her again ( luckily her phone number was same) when I bought a landed. Very happy to say that her dedication and workmanship ship are still superb and her ideas for the house still able to wow me. I will always endorse she and her company to anyone.

We were very happy to have met Thriza and to work with her for our renovation needs. She was able to translate our requirements into a clear and coherent design, even at the discussion phase. She also came down on site to help with measurements before we even confirmed her. Her experience in the industry was evident as she guided us on the practicality of our requirements. Overall, our renovation process was a breeze as Thriza is meticulous and minimal problems surfaced which she was able to resolve them expediently.

We didn't have to visit the job site all the time to monitor the work progress, and could leave it to our ID to manage. The actual products generally turned out better than the 3Ds and drawings. We compared a few IDs and Triz Arte was considered average/ mid-range in terms of prices. What we liked was that our ID was always reliable, responsive and communicated clearly. She's also quick to recify problems. The project was completed within the projected timeline. There were no hidden costs in the contract, all variation orders were communicated clearly, and Thriza was happy to answer any queries pertaining to the costs and quote. Thriza also gave us some ideas that we ended up liking and incorporating into our design. Overall it was a positive experience and we are satisfied with how the reno turned out!

Thriza and Jacky are an amazing team. We put forth our needs and they were able to accurately visualize and conceptualize our design. Every request from us was considered and incorporated, if possible. On the whole, our renovation process was a pleasant experience with no stress as our IDs were meticulous and took care of every detail and dealt with all the vendors and contractors. Triza from Triz Arte is a designer my family has faithfully returned to over the years as we moved houses. She has a keen eye for details and produces quality designs that incorporates our various recommendations effortlessly.
