I was introduced to United Team Lifestyle by my sister and they were brilliant! I went to shortlist other companies and spoke with each of them. I eventually decided to engage Lawrence and this turned out to be a superb choice. Lawrence was super patient and took the time to listen to our needs and preferences. He gave us a lot of practical tips and did not upsell us. Because we are first time home owners, he even took the time to always share the pros and cons of each design/product. Most importantly, United Team Lifestyle is one firm that you can trust and rely on. We engaged Evon for our 4-room HDB interior design, and from the very beginning it has been a 10/10 experience. We began with fleshing out our design concept, where Evon was able to intuitively understand what we liked - a warm, slightly on the dark side, mid-century modern concept with lots of wood and plants for a bit of a "bali vibe". Honestly everything in the project went smoothly. We were shown a 3D rendering of the initial design, where we iteratively added to the design according to our needs. Evon was quick to respond, very efficient, and guided us through the process as first time homeowners, including fixtures and tiles selection while giving her design opinion and keeping our overall theme in mind. The actual project only took around 10 weeks to complete, entirely managed, fuss-free, and without any stress to us. Overall, an excellent experience and I'd recommend any considering homeowner to engage Evon and thanks so much Evon! :)

We chose United Team Lifestyle after meeting a few shortlisted IDs for our new BTO. Desmond stood out from the rest as he was both grounded and yet thoughtful of how our proposed design should come to life. He does not shove ideas down your throat, and will always share his views for renovation works. He also helped to improvise on some of our ideas to make them more practical both on cost angle and for day-to-day usage. He does not push for works to be done solely for aesthetics purposes, and will try to suggest how existing features can be incorporated into the final design. Sensing that we were quite detailed people, Desmond gave us the flexibility of choosing our own materials. Desmond was also able to accommodate our request to expedite the home renovation. He provided good guidance on each stage of work, and was also prompt in following up on any concerns that we had throughout this renovation journey (including those late night calls!). Thanks to United Team Lifestyle, we had a very pleasant renovation journey and are proud of how our home has turned out. We have received lots of compliments from subcons and visitors about the design and quality of the house, and will definitely engage Desmond and United Team Lifestyle again in future!

She was a great ID as well as project manager, helping to oversee various crucial processes and ensuring that the important details were not missed out. We engaged Rachel and she did a fantastic job and transformed our family home completely, full hacking of all rooms and re-done to become functional and beautiful. From the first meeting, she was attentive and knew very quickly on the type of design and space planning we wanted. Rachel gave us many good suggestions on colour scheme. materials and matching templates and was very detailed in the drawing discussions, lighting positions and related electrical suggestions. She was very accommodating and agile to pivot quickly where we wanted to have specific ideas incorporated in between the home renovation process. One of the key highlight feature of the home is the kitchen that had the yard knocked out, extending the inner space and still keeping a small storage yard behind fluted door panel. The design of the kitchen brings out the rawness of materials against a grey / concrete colour scheme - making it look modern and slightly industrial. Aside from full hacking and build up from scratch, part of the works done also include carpentry and custom design bed with storage in the 3rd BR. The quality finishing and ability to complete the job on schedule despite challenging covid situation. She is always available and contactable and explained design concepts with easy to understand images. We are very satisfied with the result of the home - the end outcome is very cozy and modern. We highly recommend Rachel and United Team.
