My first engagement with VNA Design for the ID of my new home has been highly positive and pleasant. Vincent and team have done an excellent job from start to end by creating a Muji-inspired and minimalist theme, providing timely and regular updates on the entire renovation process and ensuring that the renovation is completed on schedule as promised. Kudos to Vincent especially for assisting with the purchase of household appliances and overseeing the renovation very meticulously, to the extent that there are minimal problems as far as possible and making sure the entire renovation will be completed on time. Vincent's practical yet aesthetically pleasing design have fully met my requirements and expectation in terms of design and execution of the renovation project. The service provided is commendable as there has been open communication with the overall planning and management of the renovation project. Vincent has been very prompt amd patient with all his responses and will even go beyond his means to accommodate to all my requests including the last minute ones. The workmanship is also of high quality and there are no visible defects for the cabinets and wardrobes. Overall very reliable service and satisfying experience. Strongly recommended for any homeowner who seeks a peace of mind with renovation needs.

Tommy and his team from VNA Design provided me with useful and practical ID ideas and helpful advice, based on Tommy's vast experience in this field. He is well-versed and experienced in coordinating my whole renovation, without me having to worry about construction details. He really delivers exactly what he has designed on paper. The materials used and workmanship are of good quality and his designs create an atmosphere of class and comfort. Tommy is very friendly, sincere and easy to communicate with and frequently gives me anecdotes of his past renovation experiences, especially pointing out potential problems and pitfalls for customers to avoid. He also provides good after-sales service by offering to follow up with any arising issues without extra charges. All in all, he is trustworthy and responsible in ensuring his customers' benefit. We first engaged VNA about 10 years ago without anny issues so it was only natural to engage them again for our new place. The entire process went on very smoothly; from design conceptualising, renovation works and defects rectification. They understood our requirements and were able to execute them, and also offered their own opinions or alternatives. Throughout the whole renovation process, Tommy and Vincent were on site almost everyday, providing us updates and solutions. They were also very prompt with their follow ups. Very highly recommended!

VNA was picked among the many because of the number of good reviews from projects they have handled. Our renovations was handled by Ann. From the start of the first meeting, they were very willing to follow up closely with our requirements unlike others who feel that we were having a low budget. Numerous meetings were held until a final conceptual design meeting our requirements were finalised and deposit was made followed by an official quotation and agreement. All process was made very legal and without issues. From the beginning to the end, Ann showed her professionalism. She was patient and assisted when we changed our minds throughout the process. She was good at listening and gave us professional advice at the same time. 100% recommended with no regret! ??
