I engaged and entrusted Xiao Yuan from Voila Design to design and build my first home. Her design prowess transformed my living space into a modern luxury haven. Every detail reflects a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, creating an ambiance that exceeds my expectations. From sleek furnishings to thoughtful spatial arrangements, Xiao Yuan's work is a testament to true design brilliance. The most crucial factor was that she was responsive and responsible, especially when there were minor hiccups, the fault was put right as quickly as she could, and this puts us at ease. Would easily entrust her again if there are future renovation works required.

I'm beyond happy and satisfied to have worked with Mingyi at Voila Design to bring the vision to reality. From conceptualization during the moodboard stagesto the rendering and material selection, Mingyi was very thoughtful, meticulous and kept to the timelines as much as possible (barring some minor hiccups that every homeowner should expect with renovations in general). I knew the decision was right with choosing Mingyi when she fully understood the brief and delivered a beautifully designed home that took into consideration the quirks and compactness of a small condo apartment. She was also very much involved in helping with the choice of furniture and light fittings to make the space and design very cohesively put together. I was also updated throughout the whole renovation process. Feedback and changes were well accommodated and followed up in a timely manner. I was also very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the carpentry and electrical work planning etc. I've previously worked with contractors and know how frustrating it can be to deal with how stubborn and pushy they can be and I did not experience that with Voila. I appreciated that every part of the journey involved respectful understanding of the requirements and suggestion of alternative solutions when there were challenges. Budget-wise, we were able to work within the budget that was given so this was definitely a huge plus!

We worked with Eileen and Mingyi for the renovation of our first home. Both of them were professional, sincere and it was a pleasure to work with them. As first time home owners, we were sometimes uncertain of what we wanted and both of them often provided solid advice- giving us alternatives, pros and cons, etc. We often hear horror stories about renovation stories but I’m thankful that ours went really well and we absolutely love our new home.

We engaged Voila Design and this was our second time working with Jason NG. Our previous experience a decade ago was straightforward and professional, so we naturally approached him when we needed to renovate our new flat. Despite some delays from Covid restrictions, the renovation went smoothly and we were regularly consulted on decisions and given timely updates. Jason is reliable and trustworthy, and listened to our needs and ideas. Our flat turned out exactly as we wanted, and I’m happy that this is the dream home we’ll have for long time. I’d highly recommend Jason and his team!
