YWA handled my home renovation. About 6 months after the handover, a couple of tiles fell off the bathroom wall, and 3 months after the tiles fell, YWA has still not rectified it to completion. This is just a snippet of the workmanship that we had to contend with during the renovation. Nobody wants to chase their ID to meet baseline quality in the renovation. It feels needlessly exhausting and disappointing.

Despite the challenges of Covid Safe Management Measures and costs pressures, YueWei, Seth and the backend Team from YWA Interior managed to complete our renovation works on time, within budget and, importantly, superbly done. No stars if it’s even possible. Sent 2 inquiries through their website few weeks apart but no response at all. Update: 17 Jan 2021 I would like to correct my review. YWA Studio reached out to me and said they realised there was something wrong with their online inquiry form and have rectified it after seeing my review. I would like to thank them for being proactive and rendering good customer service in this instance.
