SIA reports passenger capacity at 27% of pre-Covid levels in May operating results update
SIA says its passenger traffic grew in tandem with higher passenger capacity over the last 12 months.

The Singapore Airlines (SIA) group says its passenger capacity as at end-May stands at around 27% of pre-Covid levels.

This comes as the group reported a 627% y-o-y growth in May group passenger capacity, due to the low base the previous year following the pandemic.

Passenger carriage grew was more than 12 times higher y-o-y, while passenger load factor (PLF) was up 5.7 percentage points y-o-y to 14.3%.
