ValueMax launches third tranche of digital securities via ADDX

Pawnshop chain ValueMax Group has launched its third tranche of digital securities under its commercial paper (CP) programme on ADDX Exchange.

The issuance is priced at a coupon of 3.0% per annum and matures three months from the date of issuance.

The company says it expects to raise between $10 million and $20 million from both accredited and institutional investors.

As at 9.25am, shares in ValueMax are trading flat at 34.5 cents.
