SINGAPORE (July 7): ARA Logos Logistics Trust has appointed Karen Lee as Chief Executive Officer with effect from August 15, 2020.
She succeeds outgoing CEO Daniel Cerf, who will be retiring after 10 years with the trust.
Lee comes with over 20 years of work experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to the appointment, Lee was the Head of Asset & Investment of LOGOS SE Asia, where she was responsible for overseeing the asset management strategic planning for LOGOS’ South East Asia business and concurrently responsible for growing the Singapore’s portfolio.
Before that, she was the Head of Singapore Portfolio and Asset Management of Ascendas Funds Management, the manager of Ascendas REIT.

Under his leadership, Dan helped to significantly grow ALOG’s logistics portfolio since its IPO. I wish him success in his future endeavours,” says John Lim, ARA Group CEO.
“As part of the succession plan, I would like to welcome Karen who will be joining the business on 7 July 2020 as the CEO Designate. I am confident that with her extensive experience in the logistics real estate sector and qualifications, she will lead ALOG into the next phase of growth,” he adds.
Units in ARA Logos Logistics Trust closed 0.5 cent higher, or 0.9% up, at 57.5 cents on Monday.
