Far East said that the hotels are working to restore access to all their back-end systems, and systems in many hotels managed by TFE Hotels have been restored and hotels are able to serve guests.
Far East Orchard has faced a cybersecurity incident in its joint venture Toga Far East Hotels (TFE), in which networks were affected. TFE is a joint venture between Far East Orchard and TOGA Group.
The group’s networks are independent from those of TFE Hotels.
