Investors holding the perpetual securities may present their global certificates to Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5
) at #02-01 Millennia Tower.
Frasers Property will be redeeming $600 million fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities on April 11, which is the first call date.
The group will redeem $250,000 for every $250,000 in nominal amount of the perpetual securities together with any distributions including arrears on April 11.
