Lim, who was diagnosed with “acute and chronic sinusitis”, was deemed unfit for court by his doctor on April 29, the third time the session was adjourned since March 29.
Lim Oon Kuin (OK Lim), the founder of Hin Leong Trading, has been charged in court with 23 new counts of forgery-related offences on April 30.
Of the 23 counts, Lim was charged with 12 counts of abetment of forgery for the purpose of cheating and 11 counts of forgery.
