InnoTek subsidiary increases capital to $4.8 mil from $3.1 mil
The increase in capital is not expected to have any material impact on the company for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2020.

Mansfield (Thailand), a subsidiary of Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited, which is, in turn, a subsidiary of InnoTek Limited, has increased the capital from 70 million baht ($3.1 million) to 110 million baht on Jan 11.

The increment was made in the form of conversion of part of the outstanding loans from its parent company to Mansfield Thailand.

Mansfield Thailand is primarily in the business of manufacturing and sales of metal stamping, tooling, plastic injection and related products for the office automation and automotive industry.

The increase in capital is not expected to have any material impact on the company for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2020.

Shares in InnoTek closed flat at 63 cents on Jan 11.
