The CEO of Katrina Group, Alan Goh Keng Chian, has received a notice dated June 24, to attend an interview related to an investigation conducted by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

On June 22, Katrina Group, whose core business is in food and beverage (F&B), announced that two employees of its subsidiary had received a notice to appear to assist with an investigation being conducted by the URA.

The investigation was related to “possible breaches” of the minimum stay requirement with regard to the short-term accommodation provided by the group’s hospitability segment, ST Hospitality.

As at 9.26am, shares in Katrina Group are trading flat at 4.6 cents.
