The trustee-manager of KIT, on June 3, announced that it has completed the acquisition of the 97.68% stake in Ventura Motors.

Ventura Motors is the largest bus service business in Victoria, Australia. It operates some 530 routes out of the total of 1,200 routes in Melbourne.

Following the acquisition, Andrew Cornwall, the current managing director of Ventura, will remain as its CEO. He will also retain the remaining minority stake in Ventura.
