Season Global Trading, a subsidiary of Oceanus Group (SGX:579
) , has been appointed the exclusive agency for the distribution of Treasury Wine Estates’ (TWE) Penfolds Champagne series across China.
In its press release on March 22, Oceanus notes that the appointment marks the first time that TWE, a premium wine company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), has granted exclusivity to a company for the whole of China since its initial venture into the country over two decades ago.
