OxPay Financial TVV has announced the resignation of its managing director Koh Jin Kit.
On Nov 16, the company said in a bourse filing on SGX that Koh would be reducing his work commitments due to health concerns.
Koh served as OxPay’s managing director from Feb 1, 2023. He was responsible for the overall strategic direction and development of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as overseeing their marketing efforts and technical operations.
No replacement has yet been appointed.
Shares in OxPay closed flat at 6.6 cents on Nov 16.
