Choong comes with over 30 years of experience in branch management and operations and was most recently the deputy CEO of RHB Bank Lao since Feb 1, 2020.
RHB Banking Group has appointed Frankie Choong Seang Heng as CEO of RHB Bank from Nov 1.
Choong replaces Danny Ling Chii Hian, who will be taking up a new role within the bank’s group retail banking department in Malaysia.
