Human resource services (HR) provider Sheffield Green says its wholly owned-subsidiary, Wind Asia Training (WATPL), has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Grupo Stier XXI for the acquisition of its training centre business in Gran Canaria, Spain.
Grupo Stier XXI focuses on the business of operating a training centre and maritime business, which includes providing protection and indemnity (P&I) insurance emergency assistance and providing ship agency solutions.
