StarHub announced that its dormant subsidiary Cyber Analytics has been struck off the Register of Companies with effect from Sept 5.

Cyber Analytics was jointly incorporated in 2019 by StarHub’s subsidiary Ensign InfoSecurity and IronNet International to undertake the conduct of research and development in order to pursue cyber security projects and end-customer cyber security projects.

The striking off of Cyber Analytics is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of StarHub for the financial year ending Dec 31.

Shares in StarHub closed 1 cent lower or 0.8% down on Sept 7 at $1.20.
