SINGAPORE (June 15): Temasek Holdings has ceased to be a substantial shareholder at Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT).
According to an SGX filing on Monday, Temasek disposed 3.0 million units by its wholly-owned subsidiary Fullerton Fund Management Company (Fullerton) via a market transaction.
The company said that it does not have any direct interest in LREIT’s voting units, and that its deemed interest arises through Fullerton, DBS Group Holdings, and SeaTown Holdings, its independently-managed portfolio companies.
This brings Temasek’s total stake in LREIT to 4.93% (or 57.8 million units) from 5.18% previously (60.7 million units).
Units in LREIT closed flat at 68 cents.
