Wee Hur Holdings has won a $176.7 million contract from the Housing & Development Board for construction works at the upcoming Bidadari estate.
Construction work will start this month and is expected to last 44 months.
This contract is not seen to have a material impact on the consolidated NTA of the company, and neither on its earnings for the current year ending Dec 31 2021.
On March 1, the company announced that as at Dec 31 2021, its construction order book stood at $320.94 million, to be fulfilled through FY2022.
Besides construction, Wee Hur Holdings is in property development and providing accommodations as well.
Wee Hur shares closed June 1 unchanged at 21 cents.
