Soilbuild Construction Group has secured new construction and precast supply and delivery contracts worth $24.3 million in total.
On Jan 10, the company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Soil-Build had been awarded a construction contract by SB (2TS) Investment for demolition and piling works at a multiple-user industrial development in Tuas South. The project is scheduled to start in 1Q2024 and to be completed by the 3Q2024.
Separate contracts were awarded to Precast Concrete, another wholly-owned subsidiary of Soilbuild, to supply and deliver precast components for a Housing and Development Board (HDB) term contract, as well as a HDB public housing project in Tengah.
The precast and prefabrication contracts are expected to commence in the 1Q2024 and to be completed by 2Q2026.
With the newly-awarded contracts, Soilbuild’s order book stands at some $588.6 million.
Shares in Soilbuild closed 0.6 cents higher or 20.69% up at 3.5 cents on Jan 10.
