SINGAPORE (Jan 3): SoilBuild Construction Group has been awarded a $28.3 million contract by the Housing & Development Board (HDB) for the design and build of upgrading projects for G27D, and for contingency works.
Under the contracts, SoilBuild will undertake the design and build of HDB’s upgrading projects at blocks 218 to222 for Serangoon Ave 4 and as well as Bedok Reservoir Road blocks 122-135, 631 & 632 and 136-151.
The construction period is approximately 20 months.
SoilBuild does not expect its new contract win to have a material impact on the NTA and EPS for its current financial year ending Dec 2019.
Shares in the group closed 3.16% lower at 9.2 cents on Wednesday.
