The construction period is approximately 20 months.
SINGAPORE (Jan 3): SoilBuild Construction Group has been awarded a $28.3 million contract by the Housing & Development Board (HDB) for the design and build of upgrading projects for G27D, and for contingency works.
Under the contracts, SoilBuild will undertake the design and build of HDB’s upgrading projects at blocks 218 to222 for Serangoon Ave 4 and as well as Bedok Reservoir Road blocks 122-135, 631 & 632 and 136-151.
