SINGAPORE (July 10): Sysma Holdings' wholly-owned subsidiary, Sysma Construction, has won a contract to build a bungalow in prime District 10, Singapore, for its owner.
Valued at $4.9 million, the two-storey bungalow is expected to have a basement, attic and swimming pool.
The contract for the building works is expected to start next month after approval is obtained from the relevant authorities and last for a period of 18 months.
The group says that this project is not expected to have any material impact on its earnings or net tangible assets for the financial year ending July 31.
Shares in Sysma last traded at 16 cents on Tuesday.
