) (FPL) announced that chairman Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi will retire as chairman of the board after serving for 12 years, and will be appointed Chairman Emeritus.
Chumpol NaLamlieng is appointed non-executive and independent chairman effective Feb 8. In addition, Tan Pheng Hock will retire and Dr Nithinart Sinthudeacha has been appointed non-executive and independent director and a member of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee of the group.
