Schneider Electric, has appointed Yoon Young Kim as its new cluster president of Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
He previously served as the cluster president for Vietnam and Cambodia for four years.
Kim brings with him 20 years of experience in energy management and lighting sectors, spanning several industry segments across different zones such as South America, Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, Russia, and the Middle East.

In his new role, Kim will help drive the expansion and manufacturing capabilities of Schneider Electric in the markets under his charge.
He will focus on high-growth potential areas such as microgrids, while also helping clients within the cluster operate more sustainably.
Kim says he is excited to be part of an ecosystem primed to support Singapore’s vision of a greener 2030. “I look forward to helping the cluster grow, and evolve my team’s skill sets for the future,” he says.
