The hotel management agreement is set for an initial term of 25 years from the opening date, which is currently scheduled for Dec 31, with an option for renewal after the expiry of the initial term.
Adventus Holdings, through its subsidiary Regis Bay Vietnam Investment Joint-Stock Company, has entered into a hotel management agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (Vietnam) Company (IHG Vietnam).
Under the agreement, IHG Vietnam is set to provide hotel management and technical services to the group’s hotel located in Danang, Vietnam.
