SINGAPORE (Dec 11): Catalist-listed Eindec Corporation, an air environmental solutions and equipment manufacturer, together with air diffusion equipment distributor Aire-Max Asia, jointly announced that they will be collaborating to increase the market reach for Eindec’s proprietary brands of damper products in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

In this collaboration, Aire-Max is appointed as the group’s distributor and it will be promoting the group’s proprietary “Eindec” and “Kyodo” brands of dampers.

The range of dampers, also known as air handlers, include the fire and smoke damper, smoke damper, air tight damper and bubble tight damper. These are an essential component to ventilation systems in buildings, particularly commercial and industrial real estate.

Apart from being the distributor, Aire-Max will also assist Eindec to pursue air environmental projects for residential, commercial and industrial buildings in the identified markets, as well as provide support in technical advice and administrative services for the projects.

Tay Meng Heng, acting CEO of Eindec says, “Although residential property development has slowed down, we continue to see new commercial and industrial buildings sprouting up in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam. With this collaboration with AireMax, we are able to leverage on each other’s expertise to provide customised air environmental solutions and equipment for customers.”

As at 11.15am, shares in Eindec are trading at 4.9 cents.
