Intraco I06 has launched its second issue under the SDAX Commercial Paper Facility Programme (the SGD CP Series 002) for a tenor of 31 days at an interest rate of 4.0% per annum on Dec 11.
The company says it intends to raise up to $1.0 million from accredited investors.
The offer period will end on Dec 18 and the SGD CP Series 002 tokens will be issued and listed on the SDAX Exchange on the same day.
