Global investment manager, Massachusetts Financial Services Financial Company (MFS) is no longer a substantial shareholder of CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT).

MFS, on Dec 20, sold 883,700 units in CLINT via market transaction at $1.13 each, leaving it with a stake of nearly 57.7 million shares, or a stake of 4.97%, down from its 5.05% stake comprising 58.6 million shares previously.

Units in CLINT closed 1 cent lower or 0.89% down at $1.11 on Dec 22.
