The company, which was founded in 1997, acquired a renewable energy business in 2007 and later rebranded to its present name in 2015. It shifted its headquarters to Singapore in 2023, and operates two business segments, namely power generation and “others”.
Concord New Energy Group expects its ordinary shares to be listed and to commence trading on the SGX-ST on Jan 6, according to a bourse filing on Jan 5.
The renewable energy business listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), announced that it was seeking a secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Dec 31, 2025.
