Under the public offer of 1 million shares, Lum Chang Creations received 599 valid applications, amounting to 47.3 million shares or $11.8 million.
Lum Chang Creations (LCC) debuted on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) at 30 cents per share on July 21, and closed 1.64% higher at 30.5 cents at the end of the day.
The interior contracting and urban revitalization arm of mainboard-listed Lum Chang Holdings had an IPO price of 25 cents. Its IPO was about 2 times subscribed based on the invitation for all 49 million shares, raising about $12.25 million.
