CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) has made changes to the composition of its board with the appointment of Tan Choon Siang as CEO and current CEO Tony Tan as CCO of CapitaLand Development, according to a bourse filing on March 17.
Tan Choon Siang, who is currently the deputy CEO of the company will be appointed to the role of CEO and executive non-independent director of the company as from May 1, 2025. He will also be appointed as a member of the executive committee (EC).
