The manager of Elite Commercial REIT has announced the appointment of Chinoy Yezdi Phiroze as an independent non-executive director on July 1.
Phiroze, 54, currently serves as the regional chief investment officer, Asia for Italian insurance company Assicurazioni Generali. He also previously served as CEO of Generali Investments Asia.
