The manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) J69U has appointed Tan Siew Peng Darren, to its board.
Tan will be made a non-executive and independent director of FCT’s board effective on Sept 26. He will also be part of its audit, risk and compliance committee (ARCC) and nominating and remuneration committee (NRC) of FCT’s manager.
Tan is currently the chief investment officer of Raffles Medical Group BSL . As the former group CFO of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp, he has extensive experience in financial matters.
Units in FCT closed 2 cents lower or 0.91% down at $2.18 on Sept 22.
