Thapana, who is also the CEO of fellow Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed group Thai Beverage (ThaiBev), will assume the position of Frasers Property’s Exco chairman on the same day.
Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5
) has appointed Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi as the chairman of its board executive committee (Exco). He will be replacing current Exco chairman Charoen, who will be retiring with effect from Aug 30.
Charoen will remain as chairman of the board.
