ISOTeam has appointed Dr Teo Ho Pin as non-executive independent director to its board on March 1.
In addition to his role as independent director, Teo will also hold the roles of chairman of the nominating committee and member of the audit and remuneration committees.

Teo is presently the senior advisor of Surbana Jurong. He is also the independent director at Tiong Seng Holdings, as well as vice-chairman of the Singapore Environment Council.
Teo was, from 1996 to 2020, a Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bukit Panjang Constituency. He was also Mayer of the North West District from 2001 to 2020.
Shares in ISOTeam closed 0.4 cents higher or 3.2% up at 12.8 cents on March 1.
