According to MUST, Fong joined the REIT in 2016 and has been instrumental in its listing and tripling its assets under management (AUM) to $2.2 billion from $777 million.
The manager of Manulife US REIT (MUST) has appointed Caroline Fong as its new deputy CEO on Sept 30.
Fong, who is currently the REIT’s chief investor relations and capital markets officer, as well as its chief sustainability officer, will retain her current roles.
